Travel Industry Luminaries to Help Steward Yapta’s Continued Growth
SEATTLE – March 1, 2018 – Yapta, the leading provider of airfare and hotel price tracking services, today announced that Ellen Keszler and Rajiv Rajian have been appointed to its Board of Directors.
Ms. Keszler is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Clear Sky Associates, a management and strategy consulting firm focused on the technology and travel industries since 2008. Previously, Ms. Keszler served as President of Travelocity Business from 2003 to 2007. From 2000 to 2003, Ms. Keszler served as Senior Vice President – North American Division of Sabre Travel Network. From 1987 to 2000, Ms. Keszler held various finance roles at Sabre Holdings, American Airlines and JCPenney. These functions included financial planning, strategic analysis, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, and financial operations. She currently serves on several boards, including the board of directors, as well as the audit and nominating/governance committee of PROS Holdings, Inc.
Mr. Rajian is the Executive Vice President of Business Travel for Amadeus. In this role, Mr. Rajian oversees sales, account management, customer solutions, product strategy and commercial operations teams that support business travel agencies globally, including Travel Management Companies (TMCs). Mr. Rajian has over 20 years of travel industry experience with a strong track record in business travel, product marketing, strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Amadeus, he was responsible for all commercial activities for Sabre Travel Network, incorporating both global and corporate customers, as Vice President, Global Sales & Account Management. Before that, he spent time as Vice President, Product Marketing, also at Sabre, with responsibility worldwide for all points of sale, platform solutions and mobile. Mr. Rajian also served as the General Manager of Sabre’s Media Solutions business.

Ms. Keszler and Mr. Rajian join a Board of Directors that consists of Mr. Christopher Juneau, Vice President – Chief of Staff President of SAP Concur, Mr. Bill McAleer, Managing Director at Voyager Capital, Mr. Sterling Wilson, President and CEO of Shiftboard, and Mr. Filsinger.
