This week we unveiled the exceptional reporting capabilities that we provide to our customers.
The analytics offerings can be categorized into two packages:
The first, Professional Analytics, is provided to all FareIQ and RoomIQ customers and includes dynamic, real-time access to program and savings performance metrics. Spend tracked, identified and realized savings and average daily rate (ADR) are among the various metrics provided. All customers receive weekly and monthly email summaries highlighting the data for their program, as well as 24/7 access to a real-time dashboard in the customer portal.
The second package, Premium Analytics, is available to enterprise clients who would like a more in-depth analysis of their savings performance. Premium Analytics dives into the performance of negotiated fares and rates versus public fares and rates and identifies key pricing trends across airlines and hotels (by brand and property). Among many of the detailed metrics provided, customers using Premium Analytics can also see whether they received Best Available Rate (BAR) or Last Room Availability (LRA).
